| 目的 了解在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下青少年固定正畸患者及家长对延续性护理的需求,为口腔正畸护理人员制定科学、可行、有针对性的延续性护理方案提供依据。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取在上海某三级口腔专科医院的227例青少年固定正畸患者及229例患者家长,在候诊期间采用自行设计的“青少年固定正畸患者及家长延续性护理需求调查问卷“开展调查。结果 新冠肺炎疫情期间青少年固定正畸患者的延续性护理需求得分为(3.89±0.60)分,家长的延续性护理需求得分为(3.82±0.57)分。患者及家长对延续性护理的内容需求均较高的是饮食指导；在健康指导形式的需求方面,均倾向于由医护人员推荐专业性、针对性较强的官方新媒体,如微信公众号、App、视频号等；在随访的形式方面,患者更偏向于微信群随访,家长则更倾向于参加患者交流会；在健康管理的需求方面,患者及家长均最期望有专属的责任护士。结论 新冠疫情下青少年固定正畸患者及家长对延续性护理服务的需求较高,口腔护理人员可根据青少年固定正畸患者及家长对口腔正畸专科护理服务内容及形式的需求,为该类患者群体提供有针对性的健康教育、随访、健康管理形式等,满足其对口腔专科医院门诊护理服务的需求。 |

| Objective To understand the needs of adolescent patients with fixed orthodontics and their parents for continuous nursing during the COVID-19 epidemi, and provide a basis for orthodontic nurses to formulate scientific, feasible and targeted continuous nursing programs. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to investigate 227 adolescent patients with fixed orthodontics and 229 parents of patients in a stomatology hospital in Shanghai by using the self-designed "Adolescent patients with fixed orthodontics and parents" continuing nursing needs questionnaire" during the waiting period.Results During the COVID-19 epidemic, the continuous nursing needs score of adolescent patients with fixed orthodontics was (3.89±0.60) points, and that of parents was (3.82±0.57) points. Both patients and their parents have a high demand for the content of continuous care, and it is dietary guidance.In terms of the demand for health guidance, they tend to recommend professional and targeted official new media by medical staff, such as WeChat public accounts, App, video account, etc. The form of follow-up is different, patients are more inclined to follow-up in WeChat groups, and parents are more inclined to participate in patient exchange meetings.In terms of health management needs, patients and parents are most expected to have exclusive responsible nurses .Conclusion Under the COVID-19 epidemic, adolescent patients with fixed orthodontics and their parents have a high demand for continuous nursing services. Dental nurses can provide targeted health education, follow-up, and health management according to the needs of adolescent patients with fixed orthodontics and their parents. |
