      摘要：目的 调查维持性血液透析患者透析日“家-医院”往返途中需求，为血透患者提供人性化服务给予借鉴参考。 方法 采用问卷调查，对上海某三甲医院的门诊维持性血液透析患者进行透析日途中安全、用物及药物放置需求调查。结果 72%的患者近3个月内，在往返医院途中遭遇过突发紧急意外情况；36.8%的患者发生自备药因储存不当（需冷藏药物常温放置），而导致无法使用情况的发生；24%的患者出现过药物包装破损；19.2%的患者携带包感到吃力；52.8%的患者发生过遗忘或丢失物品现象。结论 门诊维持性血液透析患者在“家-医院”往返途中有较高不安全事件发生概率，各种原因导致物品携带不全可能影响治疗，同时患者对随身用物的舒适性等也有一定要求。因此，护理人员应重视血透患者透析日随身用物的放置需求，对其进行护理与干预。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the needs of maintenance hemodialysis patients during the "home hospital" round trip on dialysis day, and to provide reference for hemodialysis patients to provide humanized services. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the safety, materials and drug placement needs of outpatient maintenance hemodialysis patients in a third class hospital in Shanghai.Results: 72% of the patients had experienced sudden emergencies on their way to and from the hospital in the past 3 months; 36.8% of patients were unable to use self-made drugs due to improper storage (refrigerated drugs need to be placed at room temperature); 24% of patients had broken drug packaging; 19.2% of patients felt hard to carry bags; 52.8% of the patients had forgotten or lost items. Conclusion: Outpatient maintenance hemodialysis patients have a high probability of unsafe events during the "home hospital" round trip. Incomplete carrying of items caused by various reasons may affect treatment. At the same time, patients also have certain requirements for the comfort of personal belongings. Therefore, nurses should pay attention to the placement needs of personal belongings of hemodialysis patients on dialysis day, and carry out nursing and intervention.
