      目的 通过检索、评价国内外文献资料，总结白内障摘除手术感染防控措施的证据。方法 通过对国内外数据库的系统检索，并采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心的文献评价标准和证据分级，对有关文献进行评价、分级，提取有关白内障摘除术感染防控的证据。 结果 最后筛选纳入文献16篇，包括7篇指南、4篇系统评价、3篇专家共识或建议、2篇多中心研究。总结出最佳证据共51条，包括手术室环境要求、术前评估准备、手术人员要求、手术操作管理、用药管理、器械/设备要求及组织管理等7个方面。结论 白内障摘除手术感染防控措施的最佳证据总结，可为眼科手术相关感染提供规范化的预防管理措施，为医护人员的临床实践提供了参考依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To retrieve, evaluate and summarize the relevant evidence on the infection prevention and control measures of cataract extraction surgery at home and abroad.Methods of systematic literature search of relevant authoritative database at home and abroad, and using the Australian JBI evidence-based health care center evidence evaluation criteria and evidence grading, by two systematic evidence-based medical training researchers to the literature quality evaluation and evidence level, summarizes the evidence about infection prevention and control of cataract extraction.Results We finally included 16 literature articles, including seven guidelines, four systematic evaluations, three expert consensus or recommendations, and two multi-center studies.A total of 51 pieces of best evidence were summarized, including 7 aspects: operating room environment requirements, preoperative evaluation and preparation, surgical personnel requirements, surgical operation management, medication management, instrument / equipment requirements and organizational management.Conclusion The best evidence summary of infection prevention and control measures for cataract extraction surgery can provide standardized prevention and management measures for infections related to eye surgery, and provide a reference for the clinical practice of medical staff.
