中文摘要:

目的通过探讨老年患者肺功能检查配合欠佳的影响因素，为制定相应策略以提高患者检查配合度提供参考。方法采用现象学研究法，通过目的抽样法选取2021年9月-2022年1月在南宁市某三级甲等医院行肺功能检查的19例配合欠佳的老年患者进行半结构式访谈，运用Colaizzi 分析法对收集到的研究资料进行整理和分析。结果共提取出老年患者肺功能检查配合欠佳的4个方面的主题：老年患者肺功能检查相关信息认知不足；消极的自我感知老化；心理负担重以及疾病因素。结论老年患者肺功能检查的配合度受多方面因素的影响，在临床工作中，医护人员应切实做到以患者为中心，充分探究和了解相关影响因素，及时制定相应对策以促进老年患者良好的检查配合。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the factors affecting poor coordination of pulmonary function test in elderly patients, and to provide basis for clinical development of corresponding strategies to improve patient coordination. Methods Guided by the phenomenological research method , 19 elderly patients with poor coordination who underwent pulmonary function test in a grade III, Grade A hospital in Nanning city from September 2021 to January 2022 were selected by the purpose sampling method for semi-structured interview, and the collected research data were sorted and analyzed by Colaizzi analysis method. Results Four themes of poor coordination of lung function examination in elderly patients were extracted: insufficient cognition of information related to lung function examination in elderly patients; Negative self-perception of aging; Heavy psychological burden; And disease factors.Conclusion The degree of coordination of pulmonary function examination in elderly patients is affected by many factors. In clinical work, medical staff should take patients as the center, fully explore and understand the relevant influencing factors, and formulate corresponding countermeasures in time to promote good coordination of examination in elderly patients.
