      目的 全面检索和分析术后疲劳综合征的预防和护理相关内容,总结术后疲劳护理管理的最佳证据,为术后疲劳的临床护理提供参考和依据。方法 根据明确的护理问题,立足”6S”证据模型,在UpToDate、BMJ Best Practice、Cochrane Library、 PubMed、中国知网等13个中英文循证数据库检索相关指南、系统评价、专家共识、证据总结、临床实践、随机对照试验类研究,按照JBI制定证据汇总的方法学进行证据的评价与整合。结果 共纳入19篇研究,包括临床决策2篇,证据综合4篇,系统评价5篇,随机对照试验8篇,汇总分析术后疲劳主要危险因素、评估管理、行为干预护理措施、心理护理、饮食护理、中医措施(穴位刺激、中药足浴、擦浴)、气味疗法、效果评价8个方面,共27条最佳证据。结论 初步形成了针对术后疲劳护理管理的证据总结,为临床术后疲劳的护理管理提供了最新的证据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To comprehensively search and analyze the prevention and nursing related contents of postoperative fatigue syndrome, summarize the best evidence of postoperative fatigue nursing management, and provide reference and basis for clinical care of postoperative fatigue. Methods Based on the "6S" evidence model, the relevant guidelines, systematic reviews, expert consensus, evidence summary, clinical practice, and randomized controlled trials were evaluated and integrated in 13 Chinese and English evidence-based databases, including UpToDate, BMJ Best Practice, Cochrane Library, PubMed, cnki china. Results A total of 19 studies were included, including 2 clinical decisions, 4 evidence synthesis, 5 systematic reviews, and 8 randomized controlled trials, and 27 best evidences were summarized and analyzed in 8 aspects: main risk factors for postoperative fatigue, assessment management, behavioral intervention nursing measures, psychological care, dietary care, Traditional Chinese medicine measures (acupuncture point stimulation, Chinese medicine foot bath, rubbing bath), odor therapy, and effect evaluation. Conclusions A summary of the evidence for postoperative fatigue nursing management was preliminarily formed, which provided the latest evidence for the nursing management of clinical postoperative fatigue.
