      目的 总结1例复杂纵膈肿瘤行R1切除术后并发急性呼吸衰竭患者的围术期康复护理经验。 方法 回顾性分析1例复杂纵膈肿瘤行R1切除术后并发急性呼吸衰竭患者术前预康复锻炼、术后序贯式呼吸支持、运动功能康复锻炼、早期肠内营养支持、心理护理康复治疗及随访情况。 结果 采取针对性的康复治疗方案，患者病情恢复良好，于术后第8日转回普通病房，术后第18日顺利出院。
英文摘要:
      Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of a patient with acute respiratory failure after R1 resection of complex mediastinal tumor. Methods A patient with acute respiratory failure after R1 resection for complex mediastinal tumor was retrospectively analyzed in terms of preoperative pre-rehabilitation exercise, postoperative sequential respiratory support, motor function rehabilitation exercise, early enteral nutrition support, psychological nursing and follow-up. Results The patient recovered well with targeted rehabilitation treatment, and was transferred back to the general ward on the 8th postoperative day, and discharged successfully on the 18th postoperative day.
