中文摘要:
      目的 分析新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间,如何解决疫情防控与孕产妇救治需求之间的矛盾。方法 回顾性分析2022年3月1日至5月31日期间,上海交通大学医学院附属国际和平妇幼保健院急诊科采取的多项管理措施,包括气泡式管理、产科分级预检分诊等,对区域重新整合与规划、优化诊疗流程、调配及培训人力资源、建立支持系统等,针对孕产妇临产与分娩急需处置的特征,采取针对性的应对举措。结果 疫情期间,医院未出现患者漏诊、院内感染及交叉感染。结论 新冠疫情防控期间,急诊科作为解决孕产妇就诊需求的首要场所和疫情防控的第一道防线,切实可靠的工作部署和精准有效的防控措施可以有效地保障医疗救治工作,防止疫情的扩散传播。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze how to solve the contradiction between the prevention and control of COVID-19 and the needs of pregnant women during the epidemic period. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the management measures taken by the emergency department of our hospital from March 1 to May 31, 2022, including bubble management, obstetric emergency triage, regional re- integration and planning, optimization of diagnosis and treatment process, allocation and training of human resources, establishment of support system,etc., and take targeted countermeasures according to the characteristics of urgent treatment of parturient. Results During the epidemic, there were no missed diagnosis, nosocomial infection and occupational exposure of COVID-19 in our hospital.Conclusion During the COVID-19 pandemic, the emergency department, as the primary place to address the medical needs of pregnant women and the first line of defense for the prevention and control of the epidemic, practical and reliable work deployment and accurate and effective prevention and control measures can effectively guarantee medical treatment and prevent the spread of the epidemic.
