      目的 以核心胜任力为导向,构建针对上海地区新入职助产士规范化培训的课程体系。方法 根据文献回顾和预调查,结合《中国助产士核心胜任力量表》,初步形成新入职助产士规范化培训的课程体系内容,采用德尔菲(Delphi)法对12名专家展开两轮咨询,对课程体系进行调整修订。结果 2轮专家函询的问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威程度系数为0.977,2轮咨询后,专家意见的协调系数为0.241(P<0.001)。最终确定的培训课程体系包括一级指标3个、二级指标16个、三级指标96个,共计218学时。结论 本研究专家意见集中,积极性和权威性高,研究结果可信度高,可作为新入职助产士规范化培训和考核的参考依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To construct a curriculum system for standardized training of new midwives in Shanghai under the guidance of core competence. Methods According to the literature review and pre-investigation, combined with the core competency scale of Chinese midwives, the curriculum system of standardized training for new midwives was initially formed. 12 experts were consulted by Delphi method for two rounds to adjust and revise the curriculum system. Results The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire in the two rounds of expert correspondence was 100%, and the coefficient of expert authority was 0.977. After the two rounds of consultation, the coordination coefficient of expert opinions was 0.241 (P < 0.001). The final training course system includes 3 primary indicators, 16 secondary indicators and 96 tertiary indicators, with a total of 218 class hours. Conclusion This study has concentrated expert opinions, high enthusiasm and authority, and high reliability of the research results, which can be used as a reference for the standardized training and assessment of new midwives.
