      目的 调查上海市癌症患者需求现状,分析相关影响因素并探讨其相关性。方法 2022 年4月采用配额抽样的方法选取上海市16个区4195例癌症患者为研究对象,使用一般情况调查表、自行设计的未满足需求量表对其进行调查。结果 癌症患者五个维度未满足需求条目均分由高到低依次为信息未满足需求、自我实现未满足需求、延续性照护未满足需求、工作和经济未满足需求、情感未满足需求。不同年龄段在未满足需求总得分和工作经济未满足需求方面存在统计学差异；处于不同肿瘤状态的患者群体对于延续性照护未满足需求方面存在统计学差异。结论 癌症患者群体存在多层次、多样化的需求。医护人员应当同等重视患者生理、心理的需要，对不同患者群体进行全方位、多角度的需求评估。根据患者需求特点有针对性地提供专业、全面、连续的护理方案。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the current situation of cancer patients" needs in Shanghai, we analyze relevant influencing factors and explore their correlation. Methods In April 2022, 4195 cancer patients in 16 districts of Shanghai were selected by quota sampling method and surveyed using a general situation questionnaire and self-designed unmet needs scale. Results The mean scores of the five dimensions of unmet needs of cancer patients were, in descending order, information unmet needs, self-fulfillment unmet needs, continuity of care unmet needs, work and financial unmet needs, and emotional unmet needs. Statistical differences existed between age groups in terms of total unmet need scores and work and economic unmet needs; statistical differences existed between patient groups in different oncological states for continuity of care unmet needs. Conclusion The cancer patient population has multi-level and diverse needs. Medical and nursing staff should pay equal attention to the physical and psychological needs of patients and conduct comprehensive and multi-faceted needs assessments of different patient groups. Professional, comprehensive and continuous care programmes should be provided in a targeted manner according to the characteristics of patients' needs.
