| 目的 探讨卵巢癌手术后接受化疗的患者的出院准备度和出院指导的质量之间的关系。方法 采用方便抽样的方法招募2020年10月至2021年7月上海复旦大学附属中山医院妇科肿瘤科收治的150名术后接受化疗的卵巢癌患者,采用一般资料调查表、出院准备量表和出院指导质量量表对150名患者进行访谈,并分析出院准备度和出院指导质量之间的关系。结果 卵巢癌患者接受术后化疗的患者准备度为(89.74±17.23),条目均分为(7.48±1.44)；出院指导质量评分为(207.65±27.21),条目均分为(8.65±1.13)。需要的出院指导内容总分为(52.96±8.14)；收到的出院指导总数为(47.95±10.21),指导技巧与效果维度得分为(106.74±13.74)分,得分最高的是“护士尊重你的宗教信仰或价值观”；出院准备度与出院指导质量呈正相关(r=0.584,P＜0.01)。结论出院指导的质量对病人离开医院的准备情况有积极影响。护士需要加强自身的指导能力,为接受卵巢癌术后化疗的患者提供正确的需求评估,并提供有针对性的出院指导,以提高他们的离院准备。 |

| Objective To investigate the correlation between the readiness for discharge and the quality of discharge instructions in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for ovarian cancer. Methods One hundred and fifty ovarian cancer patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Gynecologic Oncology of Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University in Shanghai from October 2020 to July 2021 and underwent chemotherapy after surgery were selected using the General Information Questionnaire, Discharge Readiness Scale and Discharge Guidance Quality Scale, and the correlation between discharge readiness and discharge guidance quality was analyzed using a convenience sampling method. Results Patients with postoperative chemotherapy for ovarian cancer had a discharge readiness score of (89.74±17.23) with a mean entry score of (7.48±1.44); a discharge guidance quality score of (207.65±27.21) with a mean entry score of (8.65±1.13), a total score of (52.96±8.14) for the required discharge guidance content, and a total score of (47.95±10.14) for the obtained discharge guidance content. The highest score was for the entry "The nurse respects your religious beliefs or values"; readiness for discharge was positively associated with the quality of discharge instructions (r=0.584, P<0.01). Conclusion The quality of discharge instructions positively affects patients" readiness for discharge, and nursing staff need to strengthen the level of discharge instructions for postoperative chemotherapy patients with ovarian cancer, effectively assess patients" needs, and propose targeted discharge instructions to improve their readiness for discharge. |
