| 目的 探究中医定向透药在湿热蕴结型肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年9~2021年4月在上海中医药大学附属宝山医院中医儿科门诊的62例湿热蕴结型肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组，各31例。对照组采用中成药夏枯草口服治疗、护理和小儿摩腹；观察组在常规治疗、护理的基础上使用中医定向透药疗法。对比分析两组患儿临床疗效、腹部淋巴结的变化、临床症状缓解程度及治疗依从性情况。结果 观察组患儿临床总有效率、腹部淋巴结的变化、临床症状缓解程度及治疗依从性均优于对照组 （P＜0.05）。结论 中医定向透药治疗小儿小肠系膜淋巴结炎（腹痛-湿热蕴结型）临床疗效肯定，提高了治疗依从性，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective:To explore the application effect of directional permeation of traditional Chinese medicine in children with damp-heat mixed mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods:A total of 62 children with damp-heat mesenteric lymphadenitis from September 2020 to April 2021 in the Pediatric clinic of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Baoshan Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received oral treatment, nursing and abdominal rubbing. In the observation group, traditional Chinese medicine directional permeation therapy was used on the basis of routine treatment and pediatric abdominal rubbing care. The clinical efficacy, changes of abdominal lymph nodes, degree of relief of clinical symptoms and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total clinical effective rate, the changes of abdominal lymph nodes, the degree of clinical symptom relief and treatment compliance of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of directional permeation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis (abdominal pain - damp-heat accumulation type) is positive, and the treatment compliance is improved, which is worthy of clinical application. |
