| 目的 调查市场上与慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease, CKD)饮食管理相关的应用程序,了解其功能内容和设计特点,为设计CKD患者饮食管理工具提供参考。方法 在微信和App Store (iOS和Android)检索相关的应用程序并亲自体验其用户操作,然后从11个功能分类,对纳入研究的应用程序进行功能分类讨论、评分。结果 本研究共纳入26个与慢性肾脏病患者饮食管理相关的应用程序进行分析,发现市场上的相关应用程序使用情况并不乐观,主要是由医疗科技公司(16/26)开发,发布在微信平台(18/26)为主, (22/26)缺乏描述参考资料来源,对患者个体性重视不足(21/26),多数功能较单一(7/26),同质性高。结论 未来在开发以CKD患者为中心的饮食管理工具时,功能应该要多样化,既要满足患者饮食管理的基础需求,也要重视患者的个体性,相关的利益相关者(如患者和照顾者、临床专业人员、信息技术公司)应共同参与。 |

| Objective To investigate the applications related to diet management of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in the market, to explore their functional content and design characteristics, and to provide reference for the design of diet management tools for CKD patients. Methods Retrieval of related applications in WeChat and App Store (iOS and Android) and experienced their user operations in person, and then from 11 functional categories, the functional classification of the applications included in the study were discussed and scored. Results A total of 26 applications related to diet management for CKD patients were included in this study for analysis, and it was found that the usage of these applications in the market was not optimistic, they mainly developed by medical technology companies (16/26) and published on WeChat platforms (18/26), lacked descriptions of reference sources (22/26), and insufficient attention was paid to the individuality of patients (21/26), most functions were single (7/26), and high homogeneity. Conclusions When developing patient-centered diet management tools in the future, the functions should be diversified, not only to meet the basic needs of patients" diet management, but also to focus on the individuality of patients, and relevant stakeholders (such as patients and caregivers, clinical professionals, information technology companies) should be involved. |
