      目的 总结1例刀砍伤合并人细小病毒 B19 感染的护理经验,为此类患者护理提供参考。方法 1例患者的主要护理措施包括：争分夺秒急救处置,肺功能康复训练,改善血液系统三系减少相关症状,感染人细小病毒B19后的护理,提供心理康复等。结果 患者临床症状改善,经过精心的治疗与护理,患者病情好转并顺利出院,电话随访1个月,恢复良好。结论 刀砍伤后发生人细小病毒B19感染较为少见,疾病早期做好急救处置,严密观察病情变化,重点围绕预防人细小病毒B19感染,及时纠正血液三系进行性下降,改善肺部功能,做好心理护理,使患者身心尽快康复。
英文摘要:
      Objective To summarize the nursing experience of a case of knife cut injury complicated with human parvovirus B19 infection, and provide reference for the nursing of such patients. Methods The main nursing measures of a patient included: first aid treatment against time, pulmonary function rehabilitation training, improvement of the three systems of blood system and reduction of related symptoms, nursing after infection with human parvovirus B19, psychological rehabilitation, etc. Results The patient"s clinical symptoms improved. After careful treatment and nursing, the patient"s condition improved and he was discharged successfully. He was followed up by telephone for 1 month and recovered well. Conclusion Human parvovirus B19 infection after knife cut injury is relatively rare. First aid treatment should be carried out in the early stage of the disease, closely observe the changes of the condition, focus on the prevention of human parvovirus B19 infection, timely correct the progressive decline of the three blood systems, improve lung function, and do a good job of psychological care, so that the patients can recover physically and mentally as soon as possible.
