      ［］ 目的 了解临床护士真实型领导感知与关怀行为现状,探讨两者相关性。方法 2022年8~9月,采用便利抽样法,抽取安徽省5所三级综合医院599名临床护士,使用一般资料调查表、真实型领导量表、关怀行为量表进行横断面调查,Pearson相关分析探究两者之间的关系,分层回归分析影响关怀行为的因素。结果 599名临床护士真实型领导感知总均分(4.39±0.71)分；关怀行为总均分为(5.40±0.66)分,护士真实型领导感知水平与关怀行为成正相关(r=0.558, P<0.01),真实型领导中的自我意识和内化道德维度可独立解释护士关怀行为总变异的31.00%(P<0.01)。结论 临床护士真实型领导感知及关怀行为均属于中上水平,护理管理者应充分认识到真实型领导的重要性,注重培养和发展真实型领导风格,促进护士关怀行为能力的提高和护理质量的改善。
英文摘要:
      Objective To know the current status of authentic leadership perception and caring behavior of nurses, and to explore the correlation between them. Methods From August to September 2022, 599 nurses in clinic of 5 public hospitals in Anhui Province were selected by convenient sampling method. They were investigated by general data questionnaires, authentic leadership and caring behavior tool. The Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the two, and hierarchical regression was used to analyze the factors affecting caring behavior. Results The average score of authentic leadership perception was 4.39±0.71, and the average score of caring behavior was 5.40±0.66. The authentic leadership perception of nurses was positively correlated with caring behavior (r=0.558, P<0.01). The dimension of self-awareness and internalized morality in authentic leadership could independently explain 31.00% of the total variation of nursing care behavior (P<0.01) Conclusions The level of authentic leadership perception and caring behavior are above the middle level.Nursing managers should fully realize the importance of authentic leadership, pay attention to cultivating and developing authentic leadership, and promote the improvement of nurses" caring behavior ability and nursing quality.
