| 目的 本研究旨在探索配偶首次分娩的新生儿父亲承担照护责任的行为体验，以及向为人父角色过渡地适应心理。方法 使用现象学研究方法，于2022年6-11月，在江苏省扬州市某三级甲等综合性医院产科病房，采用目的抽样法选取妻子首次分娩的12名新生儿父亲进行半结构化访谈，使用Colaizzi 7步法进行资料分析。结果 提炼出4大主题：照护体验;角色适应；内心需求；情感升华。结论 照护母婴有助于父亲角色适应，促使其承担家庭责任，有助于亲子关系发展，维系家庭和睦，但同时也存在照护经验缺乏导致压力剧增、睡眠不足导致疲倦感倍增、面对妻子分娩创伤难以平复心情等问题。医护工作者应多加关注此类人群心理，帮助其解答心中疑虑，指导其照护妻子伤口的注意事项以及喂养、换尿布等育儿工作，适时开展多形式的健康宣教活动，做好母婴护理的同时为整个家庭的稳定发展提供益处。 |

| Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the behavioral experience of fathers of newborns whose spouses give birth for the first time, as well as the psychological transition to fatherhood. Methods From June to November 2022,in the maternity ward of a Grade III Class A general hospital in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province,twelve fathers of newborns were selected by the objective sampling method for semi-structured interviews.Phenomenological method was used by this study.Data was analyzed by Colaizzi method.Results Four themes were refined, including The care experience, Role adaptation, Inner needs, Emotional sublimation. Conclusion The nursing experience is helpful for father's role adaptation.Taking care of the wife and baby will help the father to adapt to his role, promote him to assume family responsibilities and help the development of parent-child relationship and maintain family harmony. However, there are also negative aspects such as lacking of care experience leads to tremendous pressure , lacking of sleep leads to increased fatigue and emotional instability in the face of their wife's childbirth trauma . It is suggested that medical workers should pay more attention to the psychology of this kind of person, such as helping them solve their confusion , instructing them to take care of their wife's wound and guiding them in parenting.Various forms of health education activities can be carried out timely.So as to provide benefits for the stable development of the whole family while doing a good job of maternal and infant care. |
