目的 探讨RBRVS评估系统应用于测量护理单元工作量的科学性及合理性。方法 应用RBRVS评估系统以工作时间和医疗风险搭建护理工作量测量维度,运用德尔菲专家咨询法确定各护理服务项目赋值系数,对陕西省某三甲综合医院的46个护理单元工作量进行测量,通过实测数据与专家对护理单元工作量档次评价进行一致性检验与相关分析评价该方法的适用性。 结果 专家对护理单元工作量档次评价结果一致且与实测护理单元人均工作量数值之间存在较强的正相关关系。 结论 基于RBRVS评估系统能够客观合理地反应本院临床护理工作量,为护理人力资源配置和绩效分配提供可靠依据。 |

Objective To explore the scientifically and rationality of RBRVS evaluation system in measuring the workload of nursing units. Method The RBRVS evaluation system was used to build the measurement dimension of nursing workload based on working hours and medical risks. The Delphi expert consultation method was used to determine the assignment coefficient of each nursing service item. The workload of 46 nursing units in a third class general hospital in Shaanxi Province was measured. The applicability of this method was evaluated through consistency test and correlation analysis of the measured data and the experts' evaluation of the workload grade of the nursing units. Result The evaluation results of experts on the level of workload in the nursing unit are consistent, and there is a strong positive correlation between them and the measured value of the per capita workload in the nursing unit. Conclusion RBRVS based evaluation system can objectively and reasonably reflect the clinical nursing workload of the hospital, and provide reliable basis for the allocation of nursing human resources and performance allocation. |
