      目的 :探索综合医院兼职个案管理师培养的新模式新方法,并评价其培训效果,为我国个案管理师的规范化培养提供参考。方法 :2020年4月选拔我院60 名护理人员,建立培训小组,制定详细的个案管理培训内容和计划,并评价培训前后理论成绩、OSCE考核成绩、患者满意度、个案管理师职业获益感及个案管理的质量。结果:与培训前相比,培训后个案管理师理论成绩和OSCE考核成绩提高,且考核成绩全部合格,患者满意度由(105.78±10.16)分提高至(126.97±12.94)分,个案管理师职业获益感提升,在个案管理工作规范落实率明显提高(均P<0.05)。所有培训学员均获得个案管理师合格证书。结论:通过个案管理师的遴选、培训、考核、建立详细制度和工作流程等方案,个案管理培养实践取得了初步成效,有助于患者延续性管理,提升护理质量和患者满意度,可促进专科护士的发展,提升个案管理师职业获益感,值得借鉴和推广。

      Purpose: To explore new models and methods for the training of case managers in general hospitals, and to evaluate the training effects, so as to provide references for the standardized training of case managers in our country. Methods: In April 2020, 60 nurses in our hospital were selected and selected, and a training team was established to formulate detailed case management training content and plans, and evaluate the theoretical results before and after training, OSCE assessment results, patient satisfaction, and doctors’ response to case managers. Comprehensive ability recognition and the quality of case management. Results: Compared with the pre-training, the theoretical scores and OSCE assessment scores of the case manager after the training improved, and the assessment scores were all qualified, and the patient satisfaction increased from (105.78±10.16) points to (126.97±12.94) points; The sense of professional benefit of case managers has increased, and the implementation rate of case management throughout the course of the disease has been significantly improved (P<0.05).All trainees have obtained the certificate of qualified case manager. Conclusion: Through the selection, training, assessment, and establishment of detailed systems and workflows of case managers, preliminary results have been achieved in case management training practice, which is helpful for patient continuity management, improves nursing quality and patient satisfaction, and promotes specialty The development of nurses is worth learning and promoting.
