      目目的 评价“护理助手”APP结合微信的混合式教学模式在护士能级培训中的应用效果。 方法 选取我院2022年8月-10月内科290名护士为研究对象,采用护士工号随机抽样法,单号为对照组,双号为观察组。对照组157名护士采用传统教学模式进行培训,观察组133名护士采用混合式教学模式进行培训。观察两组护士培训后的理论、实践技能考试成绩、自主学习能力及护理人员学习满意度进行评价并比较。 结果 观察组护士的理论考试和实践技能考核成绩明显优于对照组;护理人员自主学习能力及学习满意度高于传统教学组,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 混合式教学能有效地提高护士学习效率、激发学习兴趣,提高护理人员自主学习能力及学习满意度。

      Objective: To evaluate the application effect of the hybrid teaching model of "Nursing Assistant" APP combined with WeChat in nurse competence training. Methods: A total of 290 nurses from the internal medicine department of our hospital from August to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects. Random sampling method by nurse job number was used, with single number as the control group and double number as the observation group. 157 nurses in the control group were trained using traditional teaching mode, while 133 nurses in the observation group were trained using the hybrid teaching mode. After training, the scores of theoretical and practical skills tests, autonomous learning ability, and learning satisfaction of nursing staff were observed and compared between these two groups. Results: The theoretical examination and practical skill examination scores of nurses in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Nursing staff's autonomous learning ability and learning satisfaction were higher than those in the traditional teaching group, and the difference between these two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hybrid teaching can effectively improve nurses' learning efficiency, stimulate their interest in learning, and improve nurses' autonomous learning ability and learning satisfaction.
