| 目的 基于 CiteSpace分析国外护理博士专业学位研究现状，探讨其对我国护理博士专业学位发展的启示。方法 通过检索 Web of Science 核心合集数据库，以自建库至2022年5月发表的护理博士专业学位相关的外文文献为主要分析对象，使用 CiteSpace软件对文献的关键词等内容进行可视化和聚类分析。结果 共纳入相关英文文献341篇。护理博士专业学位相关研究目前处于发文量上升阶段，发文量前3 位的国家分别为美国、爱尔兰和澳大利亚。国外相关研究热点主要集中在“护理博士专业学位项目”“高级护理实践”“护理质量改进”及“健康” 等主题。结论 本研究通过CiteSpace软件客观地展示国外护理博士专业学位的研究热点，自2005至2022年，国外护理博士专业学位相关研究发文量呈现上升趋势，其研究热点也体现出阶段性特点，从护士及教育、到护理博士专业学位项目，再到护理博士专业学位带来的影响。根据我国高级实践护理的发展，未来也可能出现研究的时间分界点，高级实践护理人才带来的影响可能成为我国未来研究的关注点。 |

| Objective To compare the research status quo and hotspots of Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in abroad though the visualization analysis based on CiteSpace, and explore its implications for the future development of Doctor of Nursing Practice in China. Methods Literature records related to DNP were retrieved from the core collections of Web of Science, relevant documents from the establishment of the database to May 2022 were used, and keywords were visually and clustering analyzed using CiteSpace. Results A total of 341 of literature in English were included. The number of publications in the field of research for the DNP showed a continuous growth trend. The top three countries were United States, Ireland, and Australia. The research hotspots focus on topics such as "Practical Nursing Doctoral Program", "advanced practice nursing", "Nursing Quality Improvement", and "Health". Conclusions This study objectively displays the research hotspots of DNP through CiteSpace software. From 2005 to 2022, the number of DNP-related research publications has shown an upward trend, and its research hotspots also reflect stage characteristics, from nurses and education, to DNP project, and then to the impact of DNP. According to the development of advanced practice nursing in China, the time cutoff point for research may also appear in the future, and the impact of advanced practice nursing talents may become the focus of future research in China. |
