| 目的探讨足三里穴位敷贴对妇科手术患者术后排气时间的影响。方法2021年10月至2022年3月期间收治入院的妇科术后患者作为干预组,在术后除给予常规护理外增加足三里穴位敷贴干预措施。2021年3月至9月收治入院的妇科术后患者作为对照组,术后给予常规护理。比较两组患者术后排气时间(h)。结果研究期间共纳入927名妇科术后患者,平均年龄43.88±12.45岁,排气中位时间为24h。干预组385名妇科患者术后给予足三里穴位敷贴,排气中位时间为23h,对照组542人术后排气中位时间为25h,两组比较有统计学差异(Z = -6.65,P＜0.001)。在调整年龄、基础疾病、既往手术史、疾病种类、手术方式、手术时长、出血量和术后使用镇痛泵因素后,穴位敷贴仍然是妇科手术患者术后排气时间的保护因素(OR = 0.40,95%CI：0.30-0.53)。结论足三里穴位敷贴能缩短妇科手术患者术后排气时间。 |

| ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Zusanli acupoint application on postoperative exhaust in patients undergoing gynecological surgery.Methods Patients admitted for gynecological surgery between March and September 2021 grouped as the control group with standard postoperative care, while patients admitted between October 2021 and March 2022 received Zusanliacupoint application intervention in addition to standard postoperative care. Between the two groups, the time of postoperative period until exhaust was compared. ResultsA total of 927 postoperative gynecologic patients with a mean age of 43.88±12.45 years and a median exhaust time of 24 hours were included during the study period. Among the 385 gynecological patients in the intervention group who were given acupoint application after surgery, the median time of exhaust was 23 hours, and in the control group, the median time of exhaust was 25 hours. There was a statistically significant difference in exhaust time between the two groups(Z = -6.65,P＜0.001).Zusanli acupoint application remains a protective factor for postoperative exhaust time in gynaecological surgery patients after adjusting for age, underlying disease, prior surgical history, type of disease, surgical procedure, length of procedure, amount of bleeding, and postoperative use of analgesic pump(OR = 0.40,95%CI：0.30-0.53).ConclusionZusanli acupoint application can shorten the postoperative exhaust time of gynecological surgery patients. |
