| 目的:探究国内外运动想象疗法的研究现状及热点,为我国运动想象领域深入研究提供借鉴与参考。方法:检索Web of Science核心数据库、中国知网建库至2023年2月28日收录的运动想象疗法相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对相关文献的作者、国家、机构和关键词进行可视化分析。结果:最终纳入英文文献871篇,中文文献381篇。发文量整体呈上升趋势,发文量最多的国家是美国。国内研究相对独立分散,未形成核心研究团队。国外研究热点主要集中在问卷/量表开发、研究机制、干预方案等关键领域。国内研究热点主要集中在康复护理、生活质量改善等关键领域。结论:运动想象疗法研究目前仍处于上升阶段,与国际相比国内运动想象研究还存在一定的差距,研究深度和广度有待进一步拓展,学者应加强不同学科和机构间的合作,拓宽运动想象的应用领域,顺应“互联网+”时代需求,积极开展线上的运动想象训练,以推动我国医疗卫生事业的健康发展。 |

| Objective:To explore the current situation and hotspots of research on motor imagery therapy at home and abroad, and to provide reference and reference for in-depth research in the field of motor imagery in China. METHODS: Web of Science Core Collection (WOS) and China Knowledge Network (CNKI) were searched for the literature related to motor imagery therapy included in the library until February 28, 2023, and CiteSpace software was used to visualize and analyze the authors, countries, institutions, and Keywords of related literature. Results: 871 English-language articles and 381 Chinese-language articles were finally included. The overall trend of the number of publications was on the rise, and the country with the largest number of publications was the United States. Domestic research is relatively independent and scattered, and no core research team has been formed. Foreign research hotspots are mainly focused on key areas such as questionnaire/scale development, research mechanisms, and intervention programs. Domestic research hotspots are mainly focused on key areas such as rehabilitation care and quality of life improvement. Conclusion: The research on motor imagery therapy is still in a rising stage, and there is still a gap between domestic motor imagery research and international research, and the depth and breadth of research need to be further expanded. In response to the needs of the "Internet+" era, we should actively develop online motor imagery training. |
