      目的 构建PICC专科护士实训后效果评价指标体系。方法 以柯氏模型为理论框架,通过文献研究法拟定PICC专科护士实训后效果评价指标体系初稿,采用德尔菲法对22名专家进行2轮函询,并运用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重。结果 2轮专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.95、0.93,2轮整体的肯德尔系数分别为0.260和0.238(P<0.01)。最终形成包括4个一级指标、16个二级指标和73个三级指标的PICC专科护士实训后效果评价指标体系。结论 本研究形成的PICC专科护士实训后效果评价指标体系客观科学,具有可操作性,能够对PICC专科护士的规范化培训提供有效、合理的评价。
英文摘要:
      Objective To construct an index system for evaluating the effectiveness of PICC specialist nurses after practical training. Methods Based on the Koch model, the first draft of the evaluation index system for the post-training effectiveness of PICC specialist nurses was prepared by the literature research method; under the guidance of the Delphi method, the research team conducted a correspondence with 22 experts and used the hierarchical analysis method to determine the weights of the indexes at each level. Results The positive coefficients of the 2 rounds of experts were 100%, and the authority coefficients of the 2 rounds of expert consultation were 0.95 and 0.93. The Kendall 's coefficients of the two rounds were 0.260 and 0.238 ( P < 0.01 ).The index system included 4 primary indicators, 16 secondary indicators, and 73 tertiary indicators. (P < 0.01).Conclusion The index system for evaluating the effectiveness of PICC specialist nurses after practical training formed in this study is objective, scientific and operable, and can provide an effective and reasonable evaluation of the standardized training of PICC specialist nurses.
