中文摘要:

社会隔离与孤独感是老年人常见的社会心理领域的健康问题之一，会增加老年群体抑郁症、认知功能障碍、睡眠紊乱等诸多不良健康结局的发生风险，严重影响老年人的生活质量。本文综述了老年群体的社会隔离与孤独感概念、测量工具、现况及影响因素，旨在为今后针对老年人群制定针对性的社会支持体系提供参考依据。

英文摘要:

Social isolation and loneliness are one of the common problems in the psychosocial field among the elderly, which will lead to an increased risk of many adverse health outcomes such as depression, cognitive dysfunction, and sleep disorders in the elderly group, and seriously affect the quality of life of the elderly. This paper reviews the concepts, measuring assessment, current situation and influence factors of social isolation and loneliness in the elderly group, aiming to provide a reference for the development of targeted social support systems for the elderly in the future.
