中文摘要:

总结1例心脏移植术后突发脑出血患者的护理经验。从神经系统监测，术后容量管理，积极预防和应对感染，多学科协作呼吸道管理，密切监测出血征象，抗排异药物管理，多种方式加强皮肤护理，早期唤醒结合目标导向个体化康复共8个方面制定针对性的护理计划并实施。患者术后44天顺利出院，恢复良好。

英文摘要:

To summarize the care of a patient with sudden cerebral hemorrhage after triple thoracotomy cardiac transplantation. The key points of care included the monitoring of nervous and circulatory system, infection prevention and care respiratory tract care, monitoring and nursing of bleeding and coagulation function, skin care and early goal-directed mobilisation were taken. The patient was discharged successfully 44 days after operation and recovered well.
