      目的 深入了解青少年心境障碍患者父母经历子女非自杀性自伤行为的内心体验和感受,探讨针对父母进行干预的临床意义和对策,为预防青少年非自杀性自伤提供参考。方法 采用目的抽样法选取北京某三级甲等精神专科医院收治的伴非自杀性自伤行为心境障碍青少年患者的父母14例,对其进行半结构式访谈收集资料。采用Colaizzi 7步分析法提炼主题。结果 提炼出5个主题：①多重负性情绪体验②照顾负担重③疾病照护能力匮乏④个人及家庭成长⑤渴望专业帮助。结论 医护人员需关注非自杀性自伤青少年患者父母的负性情绪及心理负担,通过专业干预提高其疾病认知、改善其家庭功能,从而预防和减少青少年非自杀性自伤的发生。
英文摘要:
      Objective To deeply understand the inner experience and feelings of parents of adolescents with mood disorders who experience non-suicidal self-injury behaviors in their children, to explore the clinical significance and countermeasures of parental intervention, and to provide reference for the prevention of non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents. Methods 14 parents of adolescents with mood disorder with non-suicidal self-injury behaviors who were admitted to a tertiary-grade psychiatric hospital in Beijing were selected by objective sampling method, and semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect data. Themes were refined using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis. Results Five themes were extracted: ① Multiple negative emotional experiences ② Heavy burden of care ③ Lack of disease knowledge ④ Personal and family growth ⑤ Desire for professional help. Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to the negative emotions and psychological burden of parents of adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury, and improve their disease cognition and family function through professional intervention, so as to prevent and reduce the occurrence of non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents.
