      【】 目的 了解脑卒中患者接受预立医疗照护计划(ACP)的影响因素,为指导预立医疗照护计划提供参考依据。方法 采用目的抽样法选取11例脑卒中患者作为研究对象进行半结构式访谈,并采用 Colaizzi 法进行资料分析。结果 从脑卒中患者对ACP的行为态度、知觉行为控制、行为意向等提取出影响患者接受ACP的因素有3个方面,包括:患者个体及家庭社会经济因素；患者对医务人员ACP知信行的信任度；现有的ACP支持系统。结论 脑卒中患者接受预立医疗照护计划存在一定的影响因素,积极开展医患双方ACP科普知识教育、个性化评估患者及促进医患间有效沟通、组建多学科合作专业化团队,可推进预立医疗照护计划在脑卒中患者中的实施。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the influencing factors of stroke patients receiving preestablished medical care plan (ACP), and provide reference for guiding advance medical care plan. Methods 11 stroke patients were interviewed by purpose sampling, and the data were analyzed by the Colaizzi method. Results Three factors affecting ACP to ACP include: individual and family social-economic factors; the trust of ACP and the existing ACP support system. Conclusion There are certain factors affecting the acceptance of pre-established medical care plan for Stroke patients. ACP knowledge education of doctors and patients, personalized evaluation of patients, effective communication, multi-patient and professional cooperation team can promote the implementation of pre-established medical care plan in stroke patients.
