| 【】 目的 探索血压护理管理中“三日均值高法”和“三日值均高法”的异同和应用价值,以期为临床护理管理中血压的控制与达标提供方法学参考。方法 选取2019年1月—2021年12月就诊于我院的156例老年持续性心房颤动患者,以“动态血压监测法”作为假设金标准,计算分析“三日均值高法”和“三日值均高法”所得结果的异同。结果 在血压的测量过程中,“三日均值高法”测量所得收缩压和舒张压与“动态血压监测法”测量所得的结果差异无统计学意义,“三日值均高法”测量所得收缩压和舒张压与“动态血压监测法”测量所得的结果差异具有统计学意义。结论 “三日均值高法”较之于“三日值均高法”测量所得结果与“动态血压监测法”具有更好的准确性和一致性,值得在临床血压管理中推广运用。 |

| 【】 Objective To explore the similarities, differences and application value of "The three-day average increased" and "The three-day values all increased" in blood pressure management .Methods 156 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation who were hospitalized in Jiujiang NO.1 people"s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected, and the "ambulatory blood pressure monitoring method" was used as the hypothetical gold standard to calculate and analyze the similarities and differences between the results obtained by the "The three-day average increased" and the "The three-day values all increased". Results In the process of blood pressure measurement, there is no statistical difference between the systolic and diastolic blood pressure measured by the "The three-day average increased" and the results measured by the "ambulatory blood pressure monitoring method". There is a statistical difference between the systolic and diastolic blood pressure measured by the "The three-day values all increased" and the results measured by the "ambulatory blood pressure monitoring method".Conclusion? Compared with the "The three-day values all increased", the "The three-day average increased" has better accuracy and consistency with the "ambulatory blood pressure monitoring method", which is worth popularizing in clinical management of blood pressure . |
