| 目的 构建临床护士针刺伤职业防护评价指标体系，旨在为评价护士针刺伤职业防护质量提供参考。方法 2023年6月至2023年9月，在文献研究的基础上，拟定临床护士针刺伤职业防护评价指标体系，采用德尔菲法对来自医院感控、护理管理等领域的21名专家进行2轮专家函询，根据专家意见修改并确定最终质量评价指标体系，并运用专家意见法确定各级指标的权重。结果 2轮专家函询的积极系数分别为95.2%、100%，权威系数分别为0.875、0.870，肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.252、0.128。最终确定的临床护士针刺伤职业防护评价指标体系包括6项一级指标（安全文化、制度保障、工作环境、操作行为、防护用具、督导与考核）、12项二级指标和32项三级指标。结论 构建的临床护士针刺伤职业防护评价指标体系具有较好的可靠性和科学性，可作为评价护士针刺伤职业防护质量的参考工具。 |

| OBJECTIVE According to the mandatory project requirements issued by Shanghai Quality Control Center and combined with the current health policies in China, the quality evaluation standards related to needle stab injury occupational protection for clinical nurses were established to provide reference for the evaluation of needle stab injury occupational protection for nurses. METHODS Domestic and foreign databases were searched to obtain and evaluate the relevant literature of needle stab injury occupational protection. After group discussion, the evaluation index system of needle stab injury occupational protection for clinical nurses was formed. The Delphi method was adopted to conduct two rounds of correspondence consultation with 21 experts and finally determine the various levels of the evaluation indexes of needle-stick injury occupational protection for clinical nurses. RESULTS The recovery rates were 95.2% and 100%, the authority coefficients were 0.875 and 0.870, and the expert coordination coefficients were 0.252 and 0.128, respectively. The final evaluation index system of needle-stick injury for clinical nurses includes 6 first-level indicators (safety culture, system guarantee, working environment, operational behavior, protective equipment, supervision, and assessment), 12 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators. CONCLUSION The evaluation index system of needle-stick injury occupational protection for clinical nurses is reliable and scientific and can be used as a theoretical reference for evaluating the quality of needle-stick injury occupational protection for nurses. |
