随着现代社会的发展,生活方式的改变及压力的增大,慢性腰肌劳损患者从而逐渐增多,并出现年轻化的趋势。本文发现中医对于慢性病治疗的突出优势,通过检索国内外相关文献,对中医护理特色疗法在慢性腰肌劳损患者中的临床应用进行综述,为该病治疗及预防提供参考和借鉴。

英文摘要:

Abstract: With the development of modern society, lifestyle changes and increased pressure, the number of patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain has gradually increased, and there is a trend of younger people.This paper finds the outstanding advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic diseases, and reviews the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing characteristic therapies in patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain by searching relevant literature at home and abroad, so as to provide reference for the treatment and prevention of this disease.
