近年来，老龄化趋势加深，尤其是60岁以上老年人口数量众多。糖尿病合并高血压对老年人器官组织产生严重影响，威胁生活质量和生命安全。在目前临床治疗中，药物治疗是主要方式，但老年糖尿病患者合并高血压的复杂性导致药物选择变得复杂，对用药依从性产生负面影响。本文系统回顾了老年糖尿病合并高血压患者服药依从性的相关研究，旨在了解该人群的服药依从性现状、影响因素及干预措施，为未来优化药物治疗措施、提升服药依从性提供参考。

英文摘要:

Recently, the aging trend has deepened, with about 30.0% of the elderly suffering from diabetes. Elderly patients with diabetes usually have a variety of complications, of which diabetes combined with hypertension is the most common, and the proportion of hypertension in diabetes group is 60.0%. Diabetes combined with hypertension has a serious impact on the organs and tissues of the elderly, threatening the quality of life and safety of life. At present, drug therapy is the main treatment for elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension. However, due to the complexity and diversity of drug selection, patients' drug compliance has declined. This paper systematically reviewed the relevant studies on medication compliance of elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension, in order to understand the current situation, influencing factors and intervention measures of medication compliance of this population, and provide reference for optimizing drug treatment measures and improving medication compliance in the future.
