| 目的 系统整合冠心病患者心脏康复运动依从性的促进因素及障碍因素,从患者的角度找到提高康复运动依从性的方法。 方法 计算机检索中国知网、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、Scoups、Cochrane Library、Web of Science数据库中有关冠心病患者心脏康复运动依从性的质性研究,检索时限为从建库至2023年4月2日。采用2016版澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准进行文献质量评价。 结果 纳入11篇文献,共提炼出完整的研究主题47个,归纳组合形成4个新的类别、2个综合的整合结果。整合结果1:影响冠心病心脏康复患者运动依从性的内部因素包括内驱力因素、行为自主能力因素；整合结果2:影响冠心病心脏康复患者运动依从性的外部因素包括社会系统因素和医疗系统及康复环境因素。 结论 冠心病患者运动康复依从性受到患者内部以及外部因素的影响,护理人员应加强促进患者依从性的因素,克服障碍因素,同时构建有效的支持和保障体系,以达到促进患者康复,提高生活质量的目的。 |

| Objective To systematically integrate facilitators and barriers to cardiac rehabilitation exercise compliance in patients with coronary artery disease, and to find ways to improve rehabilitation exercise compliance from the patient"s perspective. Methods A computerized search was conducted for qualitative studies on cardiac rehabilitation exercise adherence in patients with coronary artery disease in the CN-KI, VIP, SinoMed, Wanfang database, PubMed, Scoups, Cochrane Library and Web of Science databases, with a timeframe from the time of database construction to April 2, 2023, was used. Literature quality was evaluated using the 2016 edition of the Australian Joanna Briggs Institute) Centre for Evidence-Based Health Care qualitative research quality assessment criteria. Results Eleven papers were included, and 47 complete research themes were extracted, which were summarized and combined to form four new categories and two comprehensive integrated outcomes. Integration result 1: Internal factors affecting exercise adherence in patients with coronary heart disease cardiac rehabilitation included internal drive factors and behavioral autonomy factors; integration result 2: External factors affecting exercise adherence in patients with coronary heart disease cardiac rehabilitation included social system factors and rehabilitation team factors. Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation adherence of patients with coronary heart disease is affected by internal as well as external factors of patients, and nursing staff should strengthen the factors promoting patients" adherence and overcome the obstacle factors, as well as construct an effective support and guarantee system, in order to achieve the purpose of promoting patients" rehabilitation and improving their quality of life. |
