      目的：研制一种新型膝关节置换后加压冰敷装置,以镇痛并促进患者康复训练。方法：该装置包括扁平可拆卸的冰敷袋、加压包和叠加加压包3个主要部分。其中冰敷袋袋体为防水织布,内容多元丙烯酸多元醇制冷剂,并在顶部铺设粘扣,在底部固定海绵阻块,海绵阻块设有用于容纳膝关节的凹陷；加压包内有隔断,容纳小钢珠,两侧设有用于环绕膝部的连接带,底部设有粘扣；叠加加压包内有隔断,容纳小钢珠,并在顶部、底部铺设粘扣,可通过粘扣固定于冰敷袋与加压包之间。结果：使用该装置能够方便地实现同时冰敷和加压,有效缓解膝关节置换术后伤口疼痛、肿胀、出血等问题,促进膝关节伸直。结论：新型膝关节置换后加压冰敷装置将加压与冰敷相结合,可缩短患者静卧时间,同时加压压力的可调节与可评估也方便患者配合治疗,为膝关节置换术后患者的有效康复提供了有力保障。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop a novel type of pressurized ice compress device for patients after total knee arthroplasty, so as to help the patients with their rehabilitation training. Methods This new device is composed of three parts: ice pack, pressure pack and supplementary pressure pack, which are all flat and detachable. The body of the ice pack is waterproof woven fabric, which contains polyacrylic acid polyol refrigerant, with a Velcro on the top and a sponge block at the bottom to hold the knee joint. The pressure pack contains steel balls and with connecting belt on both sides, and Velcro at the bottom; The supplementary pressure pack can be placed between the ice pack and the pressure pack, which also contains steel balls and with Velcro at the top and bottom. Results The beneficial effect of the device is that it can conveniently realize compression dressing and ice compress at the same time, and can effectively alleviate the pain, swelling, bleeding and other problems after total knee arthroplasty. Conclusion This new device can shorten the bed rest duration by combining pressure with ice compress. The adjustable and evaluable pressure is also convenient for patients to cooperate in treatment, which provides a strong guarantee for the effective rehabilitation of patients after total knee arthroplasty.
