      目的 调查糖尿病患者主客观睡眠时间和睡眠潜伏期感知偏差并分析其影响因素,为糖尿病患者睡眠相关临床实践和研究提供参考。方法 2019年9月至2021年9月招募2型糖尿病患者,采用睡眠日记和体动记录仪 (ActiGraph) 对主客观睡眠进行7天测量,匹兹堡睡眠指数测量基线睡眠质量,混合效应模型进行统计检验。结果 纳入74名研究对象,女性占48.6%,54.1%睡眠质量差。睡眠时间感知偏差 (主观-客观数据) 约-8至21分钟,睡眠潜伏期感知偏差约13~24 min。晨起睡眠质量及基线睡眠质量 (好或差) 与睡眠感知偏差相关。睡眠质量好者,睡眠时间感知偏差约20 min、睡眠潜伏期感知偏差约9 min;睡眠质量差者,睡眠时间感知偏差约-4 min、睡眠潜伏期感知偏差约24 min。结论 虽然睡眠日记会高估睡眠时间和睡眠潜伏期,但整体上能对多日平均睡眠做出较准确评估。鉴于该方法的简洁性和准确性,建议今后临床实践研究中使用睡眠日记,但需考虑整体睡眠质量对睡眠评估的影响。

      Objective To examine misperception of sleep and its related factors in people with type 2 diabetes (T2D), thereby facilitate the clinical practice and research. Methods People with T2D were recruited between September 2019 and September 2021. The Consensus Sleep Diary and ActiGraph were used to measure subjective and objective sleep for 7 days. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index was used to measure baseline overall sleep quality. Mixed-effect models were used. Results Among the 74 participants, 48.6% were females and 54.1% had poor sleep quality. Analysis revealed that misperception of sleep duration (subjective-objective data) was between -8 and 21 minutes and misperception of sleep onset latency was between 13 and 24 minutes. Sleep quality upon awakening and baseline sleep quality (good vs. poor) were significant predictors of misperception of sleep. For those with good sleep quality, the mean misperception of sleep duration was 20 minutes, and the mean misperception of sleep onset latency was 9 minutes. For those with poor sleep quality, the mean misperception of sleep duration was -4 minutes, and the mean misperception of sleep onset latency was 24 minutes. Conclusion Although sleep diary overestimated sleep duration and sleep onset latency compared to actigraphy, it could accurately assess multi-day average sleep. In future clinical practice and research, sleep diary can be used and baseline sleep quality should be taken into account.
