      摘要：总结1例弥漫性结缔组织病合并乳腺癌根治术放疗后出现大面积放射性皮炎患者的护理经验。护理要点为对弥漫性结缔组织病该类多器官受累的免疫缺陷疾病患者发生大面积放射性皮炎时提供个体化中西医结合护理方案，包括全面评估、预防感染、中西医伤口护理、辨证施膳、心理调护、整体辨证施术、健康指导，以促进创面修复、改善患者气阴两虚症候、缓解患者心理痛苦、提高患者用药依从性。经过中西医结合护理,病人创面愈合,弥漫性结缔组织病病情稳定，顺利进行靶向治疗后出院。
英文摘要:
      To summarise the nursing experience of a patient with diffuse connective tissue disease combined with extensive radiation dermatitis after radical radiotherapy for breast cancer.The main points of nursing care are to provide individualised Chinese and Western medicine combined nursing care plan for patients with diffuse connective tissue disease,which is a type of immunodeficiency disease with multi-organ involvement,when extensive radiation dermatitis occurs,including comprehensive assessment,infection prevention,Chinese and Western medicine wound care,dietary identification,psychological adjustment,holistic identification of surgery,and health counselling,in order to promote trauma repair,improve the patient"s qi and yin deficiency symptoms,alleviate the patient"s psychological pain,and improve the patient"s compliance with medication.The patient"s compliance with medication is improved.After the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,the patient"s wound healed,diffuse connective tissue disease condition stabilised,and discharged from the hospital after successful targeted therapy.
