| 目的 探索复盘视角下运用护理临床思维练习系统在肿瘤专科医院新护士岗前培训中的应用效果。方法 按照随机数字表，将某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院2022年度招聘的52名新护士随机分为对照组（n=26）和干预组（n=26）。在新护士岗前培训过程中，对照组采用传统岗前培训方式，干预组在对照组的基础上，运用护理临床思维练习系统对10个案例进行练习并在每个案例练习结束后进行复盘。岗前培训结束后，采用案例进行操作考核、临床思维能力评估量表，评价两组的培训效果。结果 岗前培训结束时，干预组案例操作考核成绩为（80.58±4.90）分，对照组为（73.08±7.48）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（Z=4.272，P＜0.05）；干预组临床思维能力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 将复盘视角下护理临床思维练习系统应用于新护士岗前培训中，能有效提高新护士临床运用案例进行操作的技能及临床思维能力，可在新护士培训中进一步推广应用。 |

| Objective Exploring the application effect of nursing clinical thinking practice system in orientation training of new nurses in cancer hospital from the perspective of debriefing.
Methods Fifty-two new nurses recruited in a Grade A tertiary cancer hospital in 2022 were randomly divided into control group (n = 26) and intervention group ( n = 26 ) by random number table method. The control group was treated with traditional orientation training, and the intervention group was treated with nursing clinical thinking practice system from the perspective of debriefing based on the control group in the process of orientation training for new nurses. The training effect of the two groups was evaluated by case assessment and clinical thinking ability assessment scale. Results the case assessment score of the intervention group was（80.58±4.90）points, and that of the control group was (73.08±7.48) points at the end of pre-job training, with statistical significance(Z=4.272,P＜0.05). The total score of clinical thinking ability and scores of each dimension in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The nursing clinical thinking practice system from the perspective of debriefing can significantly improve new nurses' operation skills of clinical case and clinical thinking ability. The training method is worthy to be promoted among new nurses. |
