总结1例在精神专科医院开展的难治性强迫症患者脑深部电极植入术围术期的护理经验。护理要点：组建多学科团队，开展针对性的术前心理护理，保障手术安全；科学筛查术中获得性压力性损伤风险，严格预防切口感染风险；动态评估患者意识、瞳孔、生命体征变化，防止术后严重并发症；实施系统的精神心理护理、健康教育、术后随访等。经过精心的专科护理，患者于住院第12日康复出院，术后1个月返院顺利开机，进入脑深部电刺激治疗强迫障碍阶段。

英文摘要:

To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of deep brain electrode implantation in a patient with refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder. Key points of nursing: Establish a multidisciplinary team to carry out targeted preoperative psychological care to ensure the safety of surgery; Scientifically screen the risk of intraoperative acquired pressure injury, and strictly prevent the risk of incision infection; Dynamically assess the changes in the patient"s consciousness, pupil, and vital signs to prevent serious postoperative complications; Implement systematic health education and postoperative follow-up. After careful specialist care, the patient recovered and was discharged on the 12th day of hospitalization, and returned to the hospital one month after surgery to start up smoothly and entered the stage of deep brain stimulation for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
