      本文总结1例金黄膏外敷治疗参加I期创新药临床试验多次给药剂量递增部分的伴有高尿酸血症的痛风受试者急性发作而引起的足部关节红肿、疼痛的护理经验,包括金黄膏的药方组成、操作方法和注意事项。金黄膏外敷配合常规痛风药物治疗,实施1天后,受试者红肿明显消退,疼痛较前减轻,活动轻度受限,实施2天后,受试者红肿和疼痛症状消失,可正常行走。
英文摘要:
      This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of external application of golden ointment in the treatment of foot joint redness, swelling and pain caused by acute attack of gout in a phase I innovative drug clinical trial, including the prescription composition, operation method and precautions. After 1 day of use, the redness and swelling of the subject significantly subsided, the pain was less than before, and the activity was slightly limited. After 2 days of implementation, the symptoms of redness, swelling and pain disappeared and the subject could walk normally.
