      本文总结1例参加I期创新药临床试验单次皮下给药的健康受试者突发阵发性室上性心动过速的抢救及抢救后护理经验，包括疾病的现场观察、诊断、应急处理以及恢复期的健康教育、皮肤护理、疾病自我管理、情志护理等。PSVT发病和停止具有突然性和阵发性，临床上往往难以捕捉其发作时心电图，本案例从受试者发作开始全程追踪至康复期，完整记录了受试者心电图变化、治疗及护理过程，对临床有一定的实用价值。
英文摘要:
      This paper summarizes nursing experience of a healthy subject with sudden PSVT who participated in the phase I clinical trial of innovative drug single subcutaneous administration, including on-site observation, diagnosis, emergency treatment, health education, skin care, disease self-management, emotional care, etc. The onset and cessation of PSVT are sudden and paroxysmal, and it is often difficult to capture the electrocardiogram during the onset of PSVT in clinical practice. This case traces the subjects from the onset to the recovery period, and completely records the subjects' electrocardiogram changes, treatment and nursing process, which has certain practical value for clinical practice.
