| 目的 调查从事化疗相关护理工作的护士对化疗引起的恶心和呕吐(Chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting, CINV)的知信行现状并分析影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,2022年10月至2023年5月,选取上海的二、三级医院从事化疗相关工作的护士。采用一般资料调查表、护士对CINV的知信行问卷、临床决策能力量表、自我效能量表、岗位胜任力量表、护理技能操作评价表进行调查。结果 共362名护士参与调查,CINV知信行总均分为108.33±11.28分。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、工作年限、科室及其CINV制度、CINV培训经历及内容是影响护士CINV知信行的因素(P < 0.05),且临床决策、自我效能、岗位胜任力及护理操作共同解释CINV知信行得分变异程度的70.3%。结论 从事化疗相关工作护士的CINV知信行水平有待提升,护理管理者可以从临床决策、自我效能、岗位胜任力、护理操作等方面制定护士CINV培训方案,从而提升护士的CINV专业知识水平和技术能力。 |

| Objective To investigate the knowledge and practice of Chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) among nurses engaged in chemotherapy related nursing work and analyze the influencing factors. Methods Convenience sampling method was adopted to select nurses engaged in chemotherapy-related work in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Shanghai from October 2022 to May 2023. General data questionnaire, nurses" knowledge and practice questionnaire for CINV, clinical decision-making ability scale, self-efficacy scale, post competence scale and nursing skill operation evaluation form were used to investigate. Results A total of 362 nurses participated in the survey, and the KAP of CINV total score was 108.33±11.28 points. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, education level, working years, department and its CINV system, CINV training experience and content were the factors that affected nurses" CINV knowledge and practice (P<0.05), and clinical decision, self-efficacy, post competence and nursing operation jointly explained 70.3% of the variation degree of CINV knowledge and practice score. Conclusions The CINV knowledge and practice level of nurses engaged in chemotherapy-related work needs to be improved. Nursing managers can formulate CINV training programs for nurses from clinical decision-making, self-efficacy, post competence, nursing operation and other aspects, so as to improve the CINV professional knowledge and technical ability of nurses. |
