| [目的] 检索、评价和总结住院儿童鼻胃管置管的最佳证据,为临床护理提供依据。[方法]系统检索BMJ、UpToDate、Cochrane Library、JBI循证卫生保健中心数据库、PubMed、Ovid、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、医脉通中英文数据库以及美国肠外肠内营养学会、欧洲肠外肠内营养学会中有关住院儿童鼻胃管置管的相关证据,包括临床决策、最佳实践、指南、专家共识、证据总结和系统评价。检索时限为各数据库建库至2023年6月。由2名接受过循证护理系统培训的研究者独立完成文献质量评价,并结合专业人员判断,对符合质量标准的证据进行提取和汇总。[结果] 最终纳入10篇文献,包括指南2篇、专家共识3篇、证据总结4篇和系统评价1篇。从置管人员、置管前准备、胃管选择、胃管留置、胃管末端位置确认、胃管固定、胃管更换、上报失误8个方面汇总23条最佳证据。[结论] 本研究汇总了住院儿童鼻胃管置管的最佳证据,拟为临床医护人员准确置管提供循证依据,减少置管并发症,提高置管成功率。 |

| [Objective] To retrieve, evaluate and summarize the evidence of nasogastric tube placement in hospitalized children, so as to provide evidence for clinical nursing. [Methods] We searched BMJ, UpToDate, Cochrane Library, JBI evidence-based health care center library, PubMed, Ovid, Web of Science, CBM, CNKI, Wanfang, YimaiTong Chinese and English database, American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, and European Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition for all evidence of nasogastric tube placement in hospitalized children, including clinical decisions, best practice, guidelines, expert consensus, evidence summary, systematic reviews. The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to June 2023. The quality of the literature was evaluated independently by two researchers who had received systematic evidence-based nursing training, and the evidence meeting the quality standards was extracted and summarized based on the judgment of professionals.[Results] Ten literature were ultimately incorporated into this study which include two guidelines, three expert consensuses, four evidence summaries and one systematic review. Finally, 23 items of best evidences were summarized and categorized into 8 dimensions: Catheterization personnel, preparation before catheterization, selection of gastric tube, indwelling of gastric tube, confirmation of the end position of gastric tube, fixation of gastric tube, replacement of gastric tube, and reporting of errors.[Conclusions] The best evidence summary of nasogastric tube placement in hospitalized children can provide evidence-based basis for medical staff to accurately place the nasogastric tube, reduce the complications of catheterization, and improve the success rate of catheterization. |
