目的分析影响老年冠心病患者对健康信息技术接受的因素，为开展有效护理干预提供参考。方法采用目的抽样，选取上海市某三级甲等医院老年冠心病住院患者21例进行半结构式访谈，运用内容分析法分析资料。结果共提炼5个主题，12个亚主题，分别为生理因素（视力下降、反应迟缓）、认知因素（记忆力下降、感知有用性、感知便利性）、信念与态度因素（自我效能、使用意愿、技术焦虑）、社会因素（社会环境、社会支持）和技术因素（技术易用性、技术风险性）。结论影响老年冠心病患者对健康信息技术接受的因素众多，医护人员在开展以健康信息技术为媒介的临床实践时，需寻求有效方法，提升患者对健康信息技术的接受与使用，从而提高实践效果。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore the influencing factors of health information technology acceptance among elderly patients with coronary heart disease to provide a reference for developing effective nursing interventions. Methods 21 elderly hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai were selected for semi-structured interviews by purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by qualitative content analysis. Results A total of 5 themes and 12 sub-themes were extracted, including physiological factors (decreased vision and delayed response), cognitive factors (decreased memory, perceived usefulness, and perceived convenience), belief and attitude factors（self-efficacy, technology anxiety, and willingness to use), social factors (social environment and social support), and technical factors (ease of use, and technical security). Conclusions Many factors that affect the health information technology acceptance among elderly patients with coronary heart disease. When carrying out clinical practice using health information technology as a medium, medical staff need to seek effective methods to enhance patients' acceptance and use of health information technology, thereby improving practical effectiveness.
