苏醒期谵妄是老年患者全麻术后常见的不良反应,可对患者及医护人员造成伤害。因此早期识别和处理潜在危险因素对于预防苏醒期谵妄至关重要。本文综述了苏醒期谵妄不同分型的临床表现、风险因素、筛查工具以及早期识别的影响因素,以期为临床医护人员对于老年患者苏醒期谵妄的管理提供借鉴与参考。

英文摘要:

Delirium is a common adverse reaction in elderly patients during the recovery period after general anesthesia, which can cause harm to patients and medical workers. This paper reviews the classification and clinical manifestations of emergence delirium, risk factors, screening tools and influencing factors of early identification, in order to provide a reference for clinical medical workers to manage the emergence delirium in elderly patients.
