中文摘要:

失代偿期肝硬化的发病率较高，患者的症状负担重、预期寿命有限且生活质量较差，却很少有患者转诊到安宁疗护机构。本文对失代偿期肝硬化患者安宁疗护的需求、评估工具、应用现状、阻碍因素进行分析，并提出此类疾病开展安宁疗护的促进策略，以期为推动失代偿期肝硬化安宁疗护的发展提供理论依据。

英文摘要:

The incidence of decompensated cirrhosis is high, and patients have a significant symptom burden, limited life expectancy and poor quality of life, but few patients are referred to hospice care. This article analyzes the needs, service targets, measurement tools, application status and obstacles of hospice care for patients with decompensated cirrhosis. Finally, the promotion strategies of hospice care for such patients are proposed, to provide a theoretical basis for the development of hospice care for decompensated cirrhosis.
