| 【摘要】目的 检索并获取国内外阴道分娩后尿潴留预防与管理的相关证据，并对证据进行总结。方法 系统检索数据库中有关阴道分娩后尿潴留预防与管理的所有证据，包括临床指南、专家共识、证据总结、系统评价、原始研究。由2名经过系统循证知识培训的研究人员对文献质量进行评价，同时结合专业判断，选取符合纳入标准的文献，并提取证据。结果 共纳入17篇文献，其中临床决策1篇，指南3篇，专家共识1篇，系统评价6篇，原始研究6篇。最终提取出与阴道分娩后尿潴留预防与管理的相关证据，整理为风险评估、预防措施、管理措施、健康教育、转诊与随访5个方面，共35条证据。结论 本研究总结的阴道分娩后尿潴留的最佳证据具有一定的科学性和实用性，在一定程度上可为临床医护人员有针对性地开展证据应用提供循证依据。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To search and obtain relevant evidence of prevention and management of urinary retention after vaginal delivery at home and abroad, and to summarize the evidence. Methods All the evidence on the prevention and management of urinary retention after vaginal delivery in the database were systematically retrieved, including clinical guidelines, expert consensus, evidence summary, systematic review, and original research. The quality of the literature was evaluated by two researchers who were trained in systematic evidence-based knowledge. At the same time, combined with professional judgment, the literature that met the inclusion criteria was selected and evidence was extracted. Results A total of 17 articles were included, including 1 clinical decision-making, 3 guidelines, 1 expert consensus, 6 systematic reviews and 6 original studies. Finally, 35 pieces of evidence related to the prevention and management of urinary retention after vaginal delivery were extracted and sorted out into five aspects : risk assessment, preventive measures, management measures, health education, referral and follow-up. Conclusion The best evidence of urinary retention after vaginal delivery summarized in this study is scientific and practical. To a certain extent, it can provide evidence-based basis for clinical medical staff to carry out targeted evidence application. |
