| 摘要：目的 编制认知症患者家庭照顾者支持性照护需求问卷并检验其信效度。方法 基于支持性照护需求框架，通过质性研究、文献回顾、专家函询及预调查形成初始问卷。采用便利抽样法，于2024年4月-7月连续纳入苏州市某三级甲等医院老年认知障碍门诊、神经内科门诊的215例认知症患者家庭照顾者作为调查对象， 进行问卷信效度检验。结果 最终形成的认知症患者家庭照顾者支持性照护需求问卷包含信息需求、照护技能指导需求、医疗资源服务需求、情感与社会需求及自我健康管理需求5个维度，共32个条目。该问卷的Cronbach’s α系数为0.939，折半信度为0.843，重测信度为0.913，内容效度指数为0.939，探索性因子分析提取5个特征值＞1的公因子后问卷的累计方差贡献率为64.872%。结论 认知症患者家庭照顾者支持性照护需求问卷具有良好的信度和效度，可为医护人员开展认知症患者家庭照顾者支持性照护需求评估提供参考。 |

| Objective To develop a questionnaire on supportive care needs for family caregivers of patients with dementia and test its reliability and validity. Methods Based on the supportive care needs framework, an initial questionnaire was developed through literature review, qualitative research, expert consultation, and pre-survey. Using the convenience sampling method, a total of 215 family caregivers of patients with dementia were consecutively recruited from the Geriatric Cognitive Impairment Clinic and Neurology Clinic of a Grade A tertiary hospital in Suzhou from April to July 2024. These caregivers served as the research subjects for the test of the questionnaire's reliability and validity. Results The questionnaire on supportive care needs for family caregivers of dementia patients includes five dimensions: information needs, care skill guidance needs, medical resource service needs, emotional and social needs, and self-health management needs, with a total of 32 items. The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.939, the split-half reliability was 0.843, the test-retest reliability was 0.913, the content validity index was 0.939, and the cumulative variance contribution rate of the questionnaire after extracting 5 common factors with eigenvalues >1 through exploratory factor analysis was 64.872%. Conclusion The questionnaire on supportive care needs for family caregivers of patients with dementia has good reliability and validity, and can provide reference for medical staff to conduct assessments of supportive care needs for family caregivers of patients with dementia. |
