| 【摘 要】目的 检索、评价及总结主动脉夹层（AD）患者院际间安全转运管理证据，为医护人员开展AD患者院际间安全转运管理提供参考。方法 通过计算机系统检索国内外指南网、相关专业学会网站、数据库中关于AD患者院际间安全转运的临床决策、实践、指南、证据总结、专家共识、系统评价及原始研究等。检索时限为建库至2024年12月。由2名研究者独立进行文献质量评价、证据提取及整合。结果 共纳入8篇文献，其中临床决策1篇、指南1篇、专家共识2篇、回顾性研究1篇，历史性对照研究3篇。归纳转运地点、转运决策、转运沟通、转运时病情、转运时限、转运方式、转运前准备、转运前评估、转运期间管理及转运后交接10个方面进行证据汇总，最终形成30条证据。结论 改善主动脉急症患者的临床治疗效果，院际间转运依赖于紧急状态的快速响应，标准化流程的执行和强大而高效的主动脉网络对于患者而言至关重要。 |

| Abstract：Objective To retrieve, evaluate and summarise the evidence on the management of safe inter-hospital transport of patients with aortic dissection, and to provide reference for healthcare professionals to carry out the management of safe inter-hospital transport of patients with aortic dissection. Methods Clinical decisions, practices, guidelines, summaries of evidence, expert consensus, systematic evaluations and original studies on safe interhospital transport of patients with aortic dissection were searched by computer system from domestic and international guideline websites, websites of related professional societies and databases. The timeframe for the search was from the construction of the database to December 2024. Literature quality assessment, evidence extraction and integration were performed independently by 2 researchers. Results A total of 8 documents were included, 1 clinical decision, 1 guideline, 2 expert consensus, 1 retrospective study, and 3 historical controlled trials. Evidence was summarised in 10 areas of transfer location, transfer decision-making, transfer communication, condition at the time of transfer, transfer timeframe, mode of transfer, pre-transfer preparation, pre-transfer assessment, management during transfer and post-transfer handover, resulting in 30 pieces of evidence. Conclusion Interhospital transfers rely on rapid response to emergencies, the implementation of standardised processes, and a strong and efficient aortic network are essential to improve clinical outcomes for patients with acute aortic emergencies.
