摘要：认知障碍照护是当前我国公共卫生服务面临的重要问题。随着我国老龄化趋势进一步加深加快及“4-2-1”家庭模式的日益凸显，越来越多老年认知障碍患者进入机构接受长期照护。作为机构中老年认知障碍照护的主要提供者，护理员的专业素质与照护能力将直接影响认知障碍老人的生活质量，基于世界卫生组织（WHO）2017年在认知障碍全球行动与计划中提出“应大力促进科普教育，提高认知，支持照顾者”以及我国《关于开展老年痴呆防治促进行动（2023-2025年）的通知》中指出“加强机构护理员认知障碍照护知识和技能培训”，越来越多的研究关注对养老机构认知障碍护理员照护能力提升。因此，本文将概述我国认知障碍照护需求现状，同时梳理我国认知障碍护理员照护能力提升现况的研究进展、存在问题和发展方向，以期为构建新时代养老机构认知障碍护理员照护能力培训体系和方案提供参考依据。

英文摘要:

Dementia care is an important issue facing public health services in China. With the deepening and acceleration of China's aging trend and the increasingly prominent "4-2-1" family model, more and more elderly dementia patients are entering institutions for long-term care. Based on the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2017 in the Global Action and Plan for Dementia, "we should vigorously promote popular science education, raise awareness, and support caregivers" and China's "Notice on Promoting Alzheimer's Prevention and Treatment (2023-2025)", which pointed out that "strengthen the training of dementia care knowledge and skills for institutional caregivers", More and more research focuses on the training of dementia caregivers in elderly care institutions. Therefore, this paper will summarize the current situation of the demand, problems and development direction for dementia care in China, and review the existing circumstances of dementia care providers development and intervention in China, in order to provide a reference for the construction of dementia care providers nursing capacity development program in residential nursing home in the new era.
