| 目的 评价培训迁移模型在紧密型城市医疗集团下护士敏感指标培训中的应用效果。方法 构建基于培训迁移模型的护士敏感指标培训方案。于2024年3月对紧密型城市医疗集团下124名护理管理者、护理骨干开展培训,并通过柯氏四级评估模型从反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层4个方面对培训效果进行评价。结果 反映层:本次培训出勤率100%,培训总体满意度4.89±0.318。学习层:护理敏感指标理论成绩得分为79.42±8.84,高于培训前得分(P<0.05)。行为层:培训后护士对护理敏感指标行为评估总分为46.244.64,在应用行为、教学与科研、学习行为三个维度均高于培训前(P<0.05)。结果层:培训后组织层面上,紧密型城市医疗集团下各家单位学员均开展护理专科敏感指标,个人层面上访谈12名护理管理者、护理骨干,提炼3个主题:达到期望值、临床应用能力提升、培训需进一步优化。结论 基于培训迁移模型设计的护理敏感指标培训有效提高紧密型城市医疗集团下护理管理者、护理骨干对于护理敏感指标的知识水平,促进培训后的临床应用。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effect of the training transfer model in the training of nursing sensitive index. Methods A training scheme of nursing sensitive index was constructed based on the training transfer model. After that, 124 nurses were trained in March,2024. The training effect was evaluated by Kirkpatrick four-level model: response level, learning level, behavior level and result level. Results: Response level:the attendance rate of the training was 100% and the overall satisfaction rate of the training was 4.89±0.318. Learning level:the theoretical score of nursing sensitivity index was 79.42±8.84, which was higher than before (P<0.05). Behavior level: after training, the total score of nurses" behavior evaluation of nursing sensitive iindex was 46.2±44.64, which was higher than that before. Results level: at the organizational, nurses from all united in compact urban medical group carried out nursing sensitive index of specialist nursing. At the individual, 12 nursing managers and senior nurses were interviewed, and three themes were extracted: meeting expectations, improving clinical application ability, and further optimizing training. Conclusion The training of nursing sensitive indicators under the compact urban medical group can effectively improve the knowledge level of nurses on nursing sensitive indicators and promote their clinical application. |
