      近年来,临床预测模型发文量逐渐增多,但常因方法学缺陷而限制其性能和适用性。本文分析护理领域预测模型开发中的不足,从确定研究目标、组建团队、定义结局指标、确定候选预测因子、数据收集、确定样本量、拟合模型、评估模型性能等13个步骤进行分步解读,旨在为国内护理研究者提供方法学参考。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, the number of publications on clinical prediction models has gradually increased, but their performance and applicability are often limited due to methodological flaws. This article analyzes the deficiencies in the development of predictive models in the nursing field and provides a step-by-step interpretation of 13 stages in the development of clinical predictive models, including defining research objectives, forming teams, defining outcome indicators, determining candidate predictors, data collection, determining sample size, fitting models, and assessing model performance, aiming to offer methodological references for domestic researchers.
