| 目的 系统整合前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者疾病体验的质性研究,为提升临床尿失禁护理效率提供参考。方法 检索国内外数据库中收录的前列腺癌术后尿失禁患者疾病体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2025年5月1日。采用JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对研究进行方法学质量评价,应用汇集性整合方法对文献进行整合。结果 共纳入9篇文献,提炼出39个原始研究结果,归纳为10个类别,形成4个整合结果:尿失禁对患者生活质量产生多维影响；获得的专业支持有限,多方面需求未得到满足；患者应对策略存在差异,社会支持可促进其自我管理；多因素影响患者治疗决策。结论 前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁对患者日常生活、心理健康产生诸多影响,医护人员需构建连续、系统的专业支持体系,帮助患者积极应对尿失禁和做出满意的治疗决策,进而改善生活质量。 |

| Objective To systematically integrate qualitative research on the disease experience of patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy and provide references for optimizing urinary incontinence management. Methods Qualitative studies on the disease experience of patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy were retrieved from domestic and foreign databases, with a search period from the establishment of the databases to May 1, 2025. The methodological quality of the studies was evaluated using the qualitative research quality evaluation criteria of the Joanna Briggs Institute of Evidence-Based Health Care in Australia. The convergent integration method was used to integrate the literature. Results A total of 9 articles were included, and 39 original research results were extracted and classified into 10 categories, forming 4 integrated results: urinary incontinence has a multi-dimensional impact on patients" quality of life; professional support is limited, and many needs are not met; patients" coping strategies vary, and social support can promote their self-management; multiple factors influence patients" treatment decisions. Conclusion Urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy has many impacts on patients" daily life and mental health. Medical staff need to build a continuous and systematic professional support system to help patients actively cope with urinary incontinence and make satisfactory treatment decisions, thereby improving their quality of life. |
